Prior to your pre-order, we, PåHoj AB, assume that you have read and understood the information set forth on our website at www.pahoj.com. Your pre-order represents a request to enter into an agreement with us. A pre-order agreement has been reached when you have confirmed to pre-order a product from our website and received a pre-order confirmation via e-mail containing full details of your pre-order.
When placing a pre-order from our website, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. PåHoj AB shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by accessing your account via our website and make the changes yourself.
All prices on our website are provided in euro (EUR) and includes Swedish VAT (value added tax). Prices are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as significant changes in raw-material prices, exchange-rate fluctuations or changes made to value added tax.The total price including all relating costs will be shown in the check-out before final confirmation of your pre-order.
By processing a pre-order, you will be charged the full price of the product(s) at the time of placing the pre-order. If we are unable to commence shipping the product(s) within 12 months of your placing the pre-order, PåHoj AB will upon request, process a full refund to you.
We process payments through our secure payment partner Stripe Inc. Stripe processes the payment according to the card providers security standards. There are no additional charges when paying with this payments method.
Minors (children below 18 years of age) must have a parent’s or guardian’s approval to be able to order product(s) from the website. We reserve the right to cancel purchases made by minors.
Shipping of our product(s) are scheduled to begin on the 1st of May, 2019. Know that PåHoj AB will make great efforts to begin delivering your product(s) as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and PåHoj AB does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product(s) by the estimated time. As a result, in the event that a delay arises, and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, PåHoj AB is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your product(s), you may cancel your reservation as provided for in the “Pre-order cancellation” section below.
For customers who expect immediate delivery of pre-order items and cannot conform with the pre-order timeline, we highly recommend NOT TO PLACE ORDER to avoid frustration and misunderstanding in the future. We would greatly appreciate your kind understanding and consideration in the timeline arrival & delivery.

You or PåHoj AB may cancel this reservation by terminating the pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase price without interest. If you or PåHoj AB cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the purchase price without interest (and you will not pay any processing fees).

Purchase cancellation & returns
If the product you have purchased from us does not fulfil your expectations, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days as of the date you received your product(s). You have the right to open the packaging to verify that the product(s) are in good condition and that the correct articles have been delivered.
In order for a return to be approved, the product(s) must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging together with all related parts and the manual. The return should be made with the same wrapping as when it was received, or with equivalent wrapping. When using the aforementioned right to cancel a purchase you will, at an approved return, receive a refund (less the cost of return freight) from us within 30 days of us having received the returned product(s).

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product or should the product(s) in any other way deviate from the agreement between you and PåHoj AB, you have the right to submit a complaint. Complaints should be submitted as soon as possible and always with a documentation of your purchase. A complaint submitted within 2 months of a fault being discovered will always be considered as being made within the permitted period of time. When a returned product has been received in accordance with what is set forth above under “Purchase cancellation & return”, a refund will be made to you within 30 days of us having received your complaint. Your right to submit a complaint against a purchased product is governed by the rules applicable according to the laws of the country from which you have placed your order. Your right to submit a complaint against a purchased item will, however, never exceed 3 years. Should you have placed your order in Sweden, your right to submit a complaint will expire 3 years after your receipt of the item.

Should the product be faulty, defective or should you have received the wrong item, the cost of return freight will be borne by us.
Our product(s) are warranted to be free from any defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 year from the date of purchase identified on the sales receipt. Our warranty applies when our product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear, accidents, misuse or neglect and is limited to the value of the product. This warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights in relation to your country.
All returns will be subject to inspection and approval by PåHoj AB or our distributor in your country before any repair or replacement is authorized.
Should the product(s) you have purchased be used in a non-prescribed way, we will not accept liability for this. In this regard, we refer to the instructions in the user manual provided upon the purchase of our product. You should therefore carefully read the manual before starting to use the product.
We decline all liability for delivery delays or shortcomings in our fulfilment of obligations and commitments according to these purchase terms and conditions should the delivery delay or shortcoming be due to circumstances beyond our control and that prevent, obstruct or delay the delivery or fulfilment in question.
Circumstances considered beyond our control include regulations, measures or omissions by public authorities, new or amended legislation, labour-market disputes, blockade, fire, flooding, sabotage or major accidents. Such circumstances shall also include decisions by public authorities that may negatively affect the market or products, such as decisions regarding warning texts, sales prohibition and similar, or an abnormal downturn in the market.
Changes to the terms
We may make changes to these terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will make a new copy of the terms at www.pahoj.com/terms-conditions and any new additional terms will be made available to you from within, or through, the affected services.
You understand and agree that if you use the services after the date on which the terms or additional terms have changed, we will treat your use as acceptance of the updated terms or Additional Terms.
In case of disputes
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to Mediation in accordance with the Mediation Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, unless one of the parties objects.
If you or PåHoj AB objects to Mediation or if the Mediation is terminated, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (the SCC).
The Rules for Expedited Arbitrations shall apply, unless the SCC, taking into account the complexity of the case, the amount in dispute and other circumstances, determines that the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce shall apply. In the latter case, the SCC shall also decide whether the tribunal shall be composed of one or three arbitrators.
The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. This agreement shall be governed by the substantive law of Sweden.
